At Holly & Ivy, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
